Our January Member Spotlight shines on a true rockstar of the small business community in the City of Lancaster – Marcie Natalie, the visionary founder and owner of The Pottery Works, along with its sister stores, The Bead Works and The Gem Den. This month, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of her latest venture, The Snack Stand, which has quickly become a local favorite.

Marcie also shared exciting news about another addition to her entrepreneurial family – The Pop Shop, set to open in 2025 across from The Snack Stand at 50 N. Queen Street. We were thrilled to welcome this powerhouse woman entrepreneur to the January Merchant Meeting and can’t wait to see her continued success!
