Born in Panama and guided by deep Central American roots, Vielka and her husband, Cesar, have brought the rich flavors of Guatemala, Panama, and El Salvador to downtown Lancaster.

At Nahual Maya, you’ll find authentic dishes made with special spices and seasonings—including freshly pressed juices, handmade tortillas, pupusas, and tostadas.
