  2. Member Spotlight: A. Calhoun Events. Presented by Alissa Calhoun

  3. Special Presentation: Lancaster City Itineraries Workshop. This interactive session will help Lancaster City businesses and nonprofit organizations identify partnership opportunities and turn them into visitor-friendly itineraries. We’ll walk through the key components of a strong itinerary, then attendees will work in small groups to brainstorm practical ways to connect nearby businesses, encourage exploration, increase foot traffic, and give visitors more reasons to return. Presented by Olivia Novak, Lancaster Collective Advisory Board Member and Director of Marketing at Discover Lancaster.

Presentation: Success is for Everyone: Creating Opportunity, Building Stronger Businesses – Explore how inclusive hiring can strengthen your workforce while creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Hear inspiring real-world perspectives from business and community members that partner with the Occupational Development Center and discover practical ways your organization can get involved. Presented by Gregg Richards, Executive Director, Occupational Development Center, and Ken Mueller, PR & Development Manager, with featured speakers Heather Kreider, Owner, Makes Scents/Hempfield Botanicals, and Kristen Ankney, ODC Program Participant.

  5. Member Intra Marketing Committee Report. Presented by Kathlene Carroll Sullivan, Digital Media & Engagement Manager, Lancaster City Alliance.
