Shelby Nauman named Lancaster City Alliance VP!

Lancaster City Alliance (LCA) proudly announces the promotion of Shelby R. Nauman, Director of Neighborhoods to Vice President of the organization. Shelby has been with the organization for eleven years – from the James Street Improvement District (JSID) where she focused on community development in the Northwest quadrant to the inception of Lancaster City Alliance in July of 2014.

Her role & responsibilities have grown exponentially from her initial focus at JSID. She has always been a great resource to other neighborhoods, but she now represents the LCA on a City-wide basis and plays a lead role in community development in all quadrants. As we move toward implementation of the Building on Strength; Economic Development Strategic Plan for the City of Lancaster, Shelby will be instrumental in engaging community stakeholders as part of this important initiative.

Shelby is a tremendous asset to the LCA and the City. Please join us in congratulating her on this much deserved recognition of her eleven years of great work, dedication and expertise.
