LANCASTER CITY DECLARES SNOW EMERGENCY

Lancaster City declared a snow emergency at 12:40 pm on Thursday, March 5th.

Cars must be removed from snow emergency routes by 5 pm or face ticketing and towing. Prince Street Garage will be opened for residents free of charge until 7 am Friday.  All other city garages will charge regular rates.

Designated snow emergency routes are as follows:
Queen Street from Highland Avenue to Liberty Street
Lime Street from Vine Street to Liberty Street
Prince Street from Liberty Street to Engleside
Chestnut Street from Race Avenue to Broad Street
Duke Street from Liberty Street to Farnum Street
Orange Street from Broad Street to Rider Avenue
Manor Street from West End Avenue to King Street
Walnut Street from Broad Street to Race Avenue
Marietta Avenue from College Avenue to Race Avenue
King Street from Rider Avenue to Broad
