Joining forces to keep Downtown Lancaster a thriving business district and place to call home. The merger between the Lancaster Alliance and James Street Improvement District was done to help Lancaster City. With the combined knowledge, resources and manpower the Lancaster City Alliance will be able to do even more for the city.
