Lancaster City Alliance Annual Report released!

We are pleased to share with you the Lancaster City Alliance 2015-2016 Annual Report. Aligned with our new Strategic Game Plan, this report proudly demonstrates the results of the hard work of our LCA community, including reflections through the eyes and words of some of our key partners. On July 1, 2016, we celebrated the third anniversary of LCA and marked the end of a busy year that saw significant progress, including:

◘  Implementing the Building On Strength economic development strategic plan for the City.

◘  Neighborhood partnerships remained a priority with key projects in several communities advancing.

◘ The Bike Ambassadors and Downtown Investment District Clean Team continued to provide critical services in ensuring clean and comfortable neighborhoods while abating quality of life issues in the areas they serve.

◘ Through the Cultivate Lancaster Entrepreneur Forums, LCA brought together over 500 budding business leaders with resource providers that are resulting in key partnerships and productive relationships.

As an organization, we are pleased to share that we remain fiscally strong and our focus will continue to ensure that we are a worthy investment to our many advocates who generously contribute to our work. July 1, 2016 marked the beginning of a new era for LCA with a transition in leadership and the commencing of our new three-year LCA Strategic Game Plan (revealed within). All of this as we prepare a move to our new home at 115 E. King Street in the spring of 2017, joining several of our key partners. In the spirit of contributing to a great City,

John T. Reed, Chair, LCA

Marshall W. Snively, President, LCA and Executive Director, DID
